Wholesale home up for auction, heir to Property is In Jail
Has anyone dealt with property owners in jail? We have an abandoned the property in our neighborhood, the heir to the property is in jail. House is scheduled for auction, is there a way we can get the property under contract with the person is jail before the auction date?
