Philadelphia Contractors and License and Inspection

I need to go to L&I for paperwork so my contractor can get a permit, but I'm worried with this virus going on.  Also, I want to be a section 8 landlord, but I'm worried about going to the required PHA meetings because of the virus.  

Can someone out there tell me what the situation is at L&I or PHA?
