203k loan provider help!
Hey BP,
Does anyone have a recommendation for a 203k loan provider in the Philadelphia area? I found a house that looks like it needs some work in order to qualify for fha financing so I am thinking I will need to get a 203k loan to make it work. Can anyone shed some light on options with this. I am going to negotiate with the seller to see if he can cover some of the costs.
