Project/Construction Manager Row Home Gut REhab
I stumbled across a row home that needs significant amounts of work. It would need a complete gut rehab down to the studs and floor joists as it is in really bad shape. I would also look to add at least one bathroom and maybe finish part or the whole basement. I am hoping to get recommendations on a project manager/GC that would be able to help me take a look at estimate cost and to see if it is worth doing or even possible. I would be willing to pay someone for their time. Based on some quick research I did a rough estimate of $100/sq ft to get an estimate and took a look at comps. If I could get it for the right price it would be a great deal. If anyone can help with this please let me know!
