    Hi @Travis Frenchak are you looking for Residential or Commerical?

    Also, how many units and are there multiple properties?

    Residential. It would be multiple properties and units would vary. I have property now that I manage myself but my out of state friend and I are looking to partner up and we would prefer to have a manager to avoid any problems between us.

    Try Premier Property Management. They were originally in Beaver County, but now have (I forget how many) units in Butler County. I have spoken to them at the Pittsburgh ACRE meetings, and Randy seems like a stand up guy. I read their Facebook reviews and liked what I saw.

    I believe Bevan Properties in Grove City may also manages in Butler but I'm not certain. I have heard they are pretty good as well.

    Yes @Clayton Hepler would be able to help you at Bevan Properties in Grove City. They manage properties in Butler and Lawrence County and throughout Pittsburgh.
