Investors looking at purchasing multi-families in Pittsburgh

Anthony D.

Posted

We are two investors from the NYC area looking to purchase some multi-family properties for cash flow in the Pittsburgh area.

We are specifically looking for a realtor who has experience with investors, as well as other team members (property management, local bankers, contractors, etc) to help us navigate Pittsburgh.

Any tips, advice, or recommendations, would be greatly appreciated!

@Anthony D. I am not sure but we may have spoken already. We do manage 700 units and my primary focus is helping investors grow their portfolio locally. PM me if you need information about the local market here.
