Financing a commercial rehab loan
Hello BP!
I have a client who is looking to purchase a triplex in cash. While this property needs a significant amount of cosmetic rehab as the plaster has all been removed, renovating 3 units would be a pretty costly. I was curious as to what you would recommend. Buy in cash and then refi for 80% of value, or to look into creative financing?
