Contractor needed in Pittsburgh area

I am looking for a Pittsburgh contractor to do some work on two commercial buildings.

1) Mixed-use building: a) repair/restore three story deck; b) storefront facade work including minor carpentry, painting, replacement a large glass door, sidelights and large half-circle window above; c) Replacing a number of doors and some painting.

2) Retail/office building: Two concrete ADA ramps, instalation of ADA compliant bathrooms, kitchenette, and a bunch of other stuff. I have all the stamped drawings and permits.
