Recommendation for an agent?
My husband and I need a real estate agent to help with finding investment properties. We have been using our neighbor, who is a friend, but isn’t hungry or imaginative and we’ve lost 2 deals already waiting for him to be available. We were trying not to hurt his feelings but he isn’t going to be on our team. Any ideas?
