looking into interested in Memphis, TN
Hello all, I am an out of state investor. There is a property I am interested in located in Cordova, TN zip code 38016. The property is a 3br 2 bath built in 1992 going for 110,000 on Sorghum Mill Dr. Currently there is a tenant in place paying rent at 1100. I am interested in any comments regarding the area, current rent, current price. It should cash flow about $100 per month after financing and expenses. I am looking for long term buy and hold properties and wanted to know if this would be a good potential fit for me. The numbers seem good but being a first time investor I can't help but second guess everything.
