Yo Memphis Invest!
A house a few doors down for me has been boarded up for YEARS. Since I arrived in Memphis about 3 years ago I've been trying, and failing, to find the owners so I could buy it. Yesterday I saw it was being rehabbed- the workers said that you guys bought it!
So- congrats! You win this time! haha
We are trying to limit our buying in Memphis going forward to 25-30 properties a month so we'll leave plenty for everyone, lol. Memphis is doing so good right now with fewer foreclosures and steady job growth that houses are getting harder and harder to find. We love the healthy 'competition' though!

Chris- this house is on the corner of Sea Isle and Mallory- any chance you can share how you guys managed it? This is my biggest "growth area" so to speak.
