Creative financing in Memphis

Hi Everyone,

Preparing to purchase BRRRR deal in Memphis and stumbled upon a few obstacles. I am seeking the following:

1. A partner that would like to partner on a deal or even funding a deal

2. A lender that offers portfolio loans for refinance

My partner and I have 70k saved up and credit scores over 700 but having troubles finding a lender to help with refi. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Reach out Aaron Chapman at Security National Mortgage Company. They have been extremely helpful with all of my lending needs in Memphis including refinancing.
