Mobile home with a permanent foundation
Greetings! I was wondering if purchasing a mobile home with a permeant foundation is a good or bad investment with the aims of using it as a rental property? Do these types of home still appreciate the same amount as regular house? Would rents be similar to a regular house of the same size?
