I'm an investor based in Atlanta, currently focused on the Chattanooga market. I'm targeting SFR or 2-4 unit multifamily, turnkey or light value-add, in middle-income submarkets. Also open to 5+ unit multi. Looking to build a diversified rental portfolio in Chattanooga this year. I have a very general idea of submarkets, available building stock, return profiles, etc., and am seeking any recommendations for local, investor-focused realtors to talk shop & team up with.
