Hello BP World!

I have a business opportunity in Bellaire, Houston Texas. I am being offered a new freestanding Pollo Campero Restaurant.

Can someone please help and give me a little insight to the area and it's potential growth? The property is located by the corner of Belfort Ave and Fondren Road. I am somewhat familiar with the recent boom in Houston but not entirely sure of which exact areas are great for investments, particularly with business opportunities in the city of Bellaire.
