I am looking to connect with other fellow real estate Rehabber, investors, and buyers. I'm seeking to build connections as well as be part of your contacts. I am from ATL but move here in Houston/Galveston area a year ago..I'm not sure of what the rehab buyers are seeking at this time from the market.  All answers and connections would be deeply appreciated.
