Mentoring Opportunity if You Are Willing to Get Dirty

I self-manage and visit my properties once per quarter.  I have some properties coming up for quarterly maintenance on Sat 8/26 and Sun 8/27.  I'll be going to two properties each day.  If you are willing to lend a hand I am willing to talk your ear off about anything real estate.  :)  If you are handy that is an added bonus....but not a requirement.  Each day will be roughly 11am-4pm.
