Investing in property with foundation issues long term

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has had experience investing in a property with foundation issues for the long term. How do you make foundation adjustments with tenants?  How did you account for the reoccurring expenses in your analysis?  Is it even worth holding a property with these issues or should these properties be strictly flips?

    Just like any other repair.  Foundations are super common fixes in Houston.  If the numbers work, do it.  Not sure what you're asking about tenants.  If they're still living there and want to continue, leave it until they move.  Otherwise, get it knocked out soon as possible and stick a renter in there.
