77078 What neighborhood class is this?
Hi there! I wanted to get folks thoughts on what neighborhood class would you consider 77078? It's closer to East Houston and the school districts there are rated 2 3s and 4s on Great Schools. Good for buy and hold? What would tenant pool be like? Thinking about investing on a home out there from out of state but unsure if this is a great area. Thanks for the input in advance!
