I would like to connect with wholesalers and investors in the San Antonio area to discuss a partnership. I'm looking for people with experience in their selected field and I am definitely willing to buy you lunch or coffee or anything really.

Dont lose heart. It takes longer than 1 month. I tell people all the time, if you are working full time and you are working about 5 to 10 hours extra per week, it will take about 6 months to get your first deal. After that, it should take half as long.

Really if it was that easy, everybody would be doing it and becoming overnight millionaires. It is hard work and dedication. It will happen, just keep at it.
