Looking for off market apartment building 20-50 units
I know several on this forum are focused on fix and flips, wholesaling, etc but if you run across larger stuff I'd love to talk. Or, if you know some great brokers I'd love to meet them. We have investors lining up for a sub 50 unit building. I'm getting to know brokers but if the BP community has any tips let me know. Peace!
