Hey everyone,

I am a Houston investor that's looking to invest in the New Braunfels area, specifically in the affordable housing price range (70-110k). For now, looking at SFH. Has anyone worked with or know of a brokerage, or specific agent, with knowledge and experience in that area that they can recommend?

@Hudson Hlavaty Not yet. I did get in touch with @Tracey Norris team and they are the real deal. It's just a tough price point right now. I will certainly keep you posted.
