Looking into Airbnb rental properties in San Antonio Market

Hello All,

I have been living in San Antonio for about 18 months and have already purchased a home for myself. I am now looking into finding an investment for some passive income and was looking into the AirBnB market for San Antonio. It seems to be a decent market but I am still hesitant about it. If anyone has any experiences they would like to share or recommendations of realtors that are more focused on investment properties I am all ears!! I am looking in the Dignowty Hills area as a lot of houses seem to be getting flipped and could be potentially good for AirBnB properties.
