Getting a Land Survey

Hi there,

I can't remember how I used to get the survey from the County's website. If you can refresh my memory. I go to the CAD website to get the survey of the land right? The only downside of that, I don't know the geographic ID or area. I know the address. Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks!

@Lorelei Scott

Survey's (improvement) are not usually recorded so you won't find them online and it won't be in the appraisal district records in the rare event a survey is recorded.  The county clerk's office is where real property records are found but you'll likely only find the subd. plat in those records.
