Hey everyone, just completed my first webinar and wanted to submit a post saying hello. I'm 24, work full-time, and have my heart set on real-estate investing. I'm stepping up to the plate and going to evaluate at least one property a day. My parents and grandparents are both landlords and have been in the real estate business for a long time, and have been trying to gain as much knowledge as possible. How hot the market is down here is unreal!

Hello @Mason Thornley , welcome. It's great you have relatives with experience. They will probably be a great resource for you. Yes, I think one really has to think carefully and be smart to purchase in the Dallas area.
