Pay asset management companies to receive foreclosed properties

Hey all, Has anyone out there  ever paid the annual fee to an Asset Management company to receive the foreclosed properties in their inventory?

If you have what was the process like?

Where you successful?

Would you recommend this?

Is this a good Return On Investment?

Did you have to pay utilities etc for the properties you received?
