City of Richardson sent a court notice for trailer during flip

Hi All, this is my first flip in Richardson and during the demo phase, my contractor left his trailer at the property overnight. We got a notice in the mail from the city to remove it. The contractor promptly removed the trailer the next day after we received the notice. Admittedly, the trailer was there for a few days and nights as he was clearing the house (tons of junk to haul out). I assumed that was that but yesterday I received a notice in the mail from the city to appear in the municipal court regarding the trailer violation. Has anyone faced this situation? What is the best course of action for me to take from now on? I've done flips in other cities and have never had any issues so not really sure what the best course of action is for me here. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
