LOC Recommendations for DFW SFR rentals?

Can anyone suggest lenders who can provide LOCs (asset based LOC, portfolio LOC) nowadays for 4 single-family residences in Fort Worth, TX which are all rentals?

All of them have existing primary mortgages which have LTV's ranging from 32 - 38%.
