Moving to Dallas, Best investment Strategy& Suburbs to invest in

Hi Everyone,

We have a strong rental property portfolio in NC. 
We are thinking about moving our primary residence to Dallas area, and to invest in upcoming Dallas suburbs.

Please let us know upcoming Dallas suburbs where we can buy distressed properties, rehab, and convert them to cash-flow rentals. We assume it is difficult to get turn-key cash-flowing rentals. Interested to find out the best Investment strategy in this area.

Welcome to Texas....I'd look on the north side above 380 corridor from Denton-Greenville....so places like Anna, Howe, Van Alstyne, Sherman, Denison, Whitesboro, Bonham, Farmersville, Princeton.
