Just Moved to Dallas

Scott Weigel
Posted

Hi Bigger Pockets Family.

My names Scott Weigel, just graduated from college in NC and moved out here for my job. Back in NC ran a wholesaling business for a year and have the capital to start looking for my first rental. If your an agent, lender, property manager I'd love to meet up. Cant wait to add value to this local community and hopefully make some lifelong friends during the process!

@Scott Weigel - get out of the rent race and purchase a home as your first house hack. Since you have capital you can simultaneous search for a true rental property as well. You can easily grab two properties within the next few months!
