Which market would you enter?

Hello everyone,

I am planning to invest in the Austin market and was looking at Taylor, Hutto, Manor, and Liberty Hill. I’m seeing good fundamentals and wanted to hear any insights from local investors if possible. I’m used to investing in the Midwest and there is definitely a lot to learn, but I am excited about Texas.

Samsung is building a new plant in the Taylor / Hutto area that will have a major impact on those communities.  The plant is currently under construction with plans to open in 2024.  Those areas have seen some appreciation already from this but I expect much more once the jobs arrive.
