On the subject of wholesalers

Seems like wholesalers in Austin don't exist. I've been looking for months and haven't found a single one that markets to my price range, and barely anything outside of my price range. Do they not exist, or are they just really reclusive?

Replied

Hey Kris, I'm the broker of New Western Acquisitions here in Austin. We have sold over 130 properties in Austin year to date and I pride myself and what my team offers to the investor community and the reputation we have. I take investors concerns very seriously here and our reputation is held in very high regards. I keep track of every deal that is sold in our market and I can tell you that our investors are able to achieve (more times than not) 5-10% more than what they initially thought they could sell the property for. In fact, over 55% of our inventory is sold to repeat buyers. We do not sell properties at retail and I can say that with full confidence. If you do have more concerns or questions, I'd love to be able to talk to you further about them. Happy investing and wish you great success!
