What areas have others found good opportunities for fourplex and larger # of units? Starting to look in the surrounding areas of Austin due to lack of supply in Austin proper. Thinking will start looking in San Marcos/New Braunfels.
All depends on your strategy. Cash flow vs. ROI. Still lots of good options in Austin. Cash flow wise would have you looking further out but there are positive cash flow places here in Austin with great ROI upside.
