Home Equity Loan on Investment Property in Texas?
Was told recently that in Texas you cannot get a home equity loan on an investment property.
Is this true? or is this a matter of finding the right lender with more knowledge on real estate investment?
If it is true, what is your best advice on getting equity out of this investment property that we have a sizable amount of equity in?
