I need a recommendation for a structural inspection
I just got the home inspection report and it seems there is a 3" variance in one section of the home. The inspector couldn't tell if the outside cracks were cosmetic or went into the foundation. So I'm looking to hire a structural engineer to assess the foundation and give me me a quote if it needs repair.
Does anybody have any recommendations or a positive experience with a particular company?
