Looking For A New Title Closer in Austin
Hey fellow Austin investors and realtors,
I'm looking for a new title/escrow company in Austin. Preferably an officer who has been at this for at least 20 years, and is very knowledgable about estate/probate issues, affidavits of heirships, etc.
Need a closer who is responsive and proactive.
Who is your favorite title closer in Austin and WHY?

I always use and recommend Douglas Plummer at Midtown Title. I have worked with Doug on some really complex matters. He is always ahead of any potential issues, and has them fixed before I even know about them.
