Vacation rentals in Anguilla
Has anyone ever purchased a vacation rental condo in Anguilla. I get that there are a lot of taxes for a foreigner to buy there. If I formed an anguilla Llc could it avoid the taxes? Also, do purchases there need to be with cash, or is financing available? If financing is available, who through? What terms? Thanks for your responses.
