Have any of you ever looked into IPIN-International Property Investment Network?

:pup: They are a commercial real estate "introducer programme" based in the U.k. and Spain. You register with them online and they provide property listings and updates. You decide how you want to introduce buyers and sellers. IPIN pays you a commission when the deal closes. They send me listings and updates quite often and look legitimate-but who knows. It does look interesting anyway. Could someone check them out and tell me what you think? They deal in it seems mostly U.K. properties i dont know about USA real estate yet-just e-mailed them. They (IPIN) do not require any fees to join. Thanks, Dan
