Dubai 2018 real estate dip: Golden rental opportunity?
It’s no secret that Dubai’s Prices are dipping every day more, and that nowadays buyers are in high demand.
Some sellers are surprisingly negotiable as it seems that all they want is to exit.
Finding 1% rule-like properties is not that impossible as I thought, at least in my niche.
And the fact that here rent is paid a year upfront makes it appealing, as well as no capital gain tax.
Prices though are still forecasted to drop until end of 2019.
