Building a Team - Recommendations?

Hello BP! 

I am a new investor who is looking to grow my team. I'd like to invest in the DFW (Fort Worth, Keller, Grapevine, Colleyville, Plano) area and am looking for my first deal to be 16-30 units that is B or C class with ad value. Can anyone recommend any of the following:

- Commercial Real Estate Attorney

- Commercial Real Estate Accountant

- Title Insurance Agent

- Commercial Mortgage Broker

- Contractor/Engineer/Architect

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'd be shooting in the dark if I just started googling these professionals.

hello Jennifer, welcome to BP.

Don't mean to hi-jack your post, but I'm in the process of building my team as well and will be interested in seeing the replies.

I have contacted an attorney in Fort Worth (Frank Newman) and am using him to create my LLC/series LLC to place my current properties into.

The team member I'm having the hardest time finding is a CPA.

I'm currently looking for more deals in either SF, MF, commercial, or anything that makes sense.

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help.
