Hey All!

What is your go-to investment suburb of DFW?  Seems the middle of the metroplex is high priced and a lot of the population is expanding at DFW's edges, so just curious who has had luck where?

We're still finding deals in the city limits with door knocking.

@A. Bryce Davis I have having a lot of success in north Tarrant county, as well as, both Parker and Wise Counties. I have found the west side of the DFW area is much more economical for REI. In fact, just finishing up a flip in Bridgeport. Hope this helps.

@Joe Funari Bridgeport and Runaway Bay are AMAZING areas! Had a mini-mansion up that way in January!
