Looking Up Property Taxes in Salt Lake County

Hi All,

I attended the BP webinar yesterday and they went through using the rental property calculator.  Do you know where to go to get the property taxes paid for a property in Salt Lake County?

I found the assessor lookup that says the value (land and market) and property type but it doesn't include what the taxes are. For reference, that URL is https://slco.org/assessor/new/query.cfm.

Any help you can offer is appreciated.

Thanks!

@Alan Walker, you should be able to get that info with this link: http://slco.org/assessor/

Once you are there, click on the "Parcel Search" link on the top left of that page.  Enter the name of the owner, parcel ID number or address for the property.  Select the property from the results shown.  Then, on the left side under "Resource Links" click on "Property Tax Information" and it should give you all of the tax information for that particular property.

I hope this helps.
