Hey guys, Im new to wholesaling. Are bandit signs legal in Norfolk, and are they useful for leads

Hey Kevin! Welcome! I am a realtor/investor out of Hampton Roads,VA. I haven't had much luck with bandit signs. Not only do you have to put them out Friday and pick them up Sunday to keep from getting fined but our area is so saturated with them that many people don't even notice them. If they do notice them, they hardly have time to write the number down as they are driving.
