Detroit water delima
hi everyone. Im in a weird spot right now. Im looking to get water turned on in a Detroit property I own but I am a Canadian citizen, this is going to be a rental property but I just need to make sure the plumbing is good and the hot water tank works. (Dont wanna get a tenant in here and have water going everywhere). So my question is what do I do, I was told there is a $0 balance on the water here but was also told I need to go to a office, fill out a form, show the deed and present a social (which I dont have sense Im a Canadian). Any help would be awesome
