I am from Argentina and I want to buy properties in USA
Hi, i'm Mariano and i have a doubt: In Buenos Aires, the Cash on Cash ROI for a rental property is an average of 0.17%. I don't like this situation, and watching the YouTube videos of BiggerPockets i learned that i can get better investments. My problem is that i don't know what papers i need to invest my money in the USA (i have a tourist VISA) or get a credit from an American Bank.
If anyone can help me, i would be very grateful.
