Property Management in Spokane
Greetings everyone,
I have looked through the forum history and did not see any recent posts on property management referrals. I've tried contacting four of the higher rated PM agencies on Yelp (2 never returned my calls) and I haven't been overjoyed with my experiences. While I can take care of the property management on my own I think it's something I would much prefer to offload.
My hope is that some of you may have some solid referrals for Spokane, WA that you'd be willing to share! If you have someone you currently utilize or have worked with in the past that you had a good experience with I hope to hear from you.

Hi Trevor. I am an investor in Spokane and also a personal assistant to other investors in this area. Some of the work that I do for others involves all facets of property management work. For investor/owners, I offer personal and quick service. As you have experienced, trying to get personal service (or a return phone call!) from a property management company can be difficult. If you want a personal assistant who does all or parts of your property management work for you, I can help.
