Hello everyone,

Wanted to introduce myself to everyone. Just getting started with real estate investing and learning as much as I can. Now I am wanting to take the next step and become an active investor. I am new to the Tacoma area and trying to find the best areas to invest. Looking at SFR and possibly multi-family, open to partnerships and syndication as well. Keeping an eye out for any meet ups or real estate investing network opportunities as well.
