I'm going to be visiting the Tacoma area in a few weeks to look at properties and areas. Can someone recommend an investir savvy realtor I can work with, SFR, buy and hold. Looking at Tacoma and South King County areas.

Hey @Tim S.,  good to see some out of state attention coming to Tacoma! Last year I moved back here from Australia to get in with the Tacoma scene. Tons of big economic projects on the near horizon that should really improve the real estate landscape. But I'm sure you're well aware if you're coming up here to scope it out! 

I'm happy to show some properties when you're in town. Or even just hear more about the note investing you do. Looks like you do a fair bit out in the midwest, which is where my properties are so far.
