It it's just a spit and polish after the last tenants moved out. Maybe some siding work on the side of that as well... I said side twice. Fixing some doors Patch some walls that sort of stuff

Good handymen are like gold, most people don't want to share their info. I don't know one there BTW, my Tacoma property manager is very protective of that info, won't give me his info.
