Seeking Recommendations for Door & Window Package on 6-Plex

I own a small 6-Plex in Tacoma and would like to replace all windows & exterior doors in the near future.

2 doors per unit = 12 Exterior Doors

3 Windows per Unit = 18 Windows.

Does anyone have a recommendation on how to get this done in an effectively and economically?

I used Cascade windows for my Tacoma rental. I got three bids and they were the lowest by quit a bit. Make sure you compare u factors. The lower the u factor the more insulated it is.
